It looks nice but all the tables were dirt., Drive thru was backed up to the road so we ate in. Took 15 minutes to get our order. The food was hot and good though. The ladies bathroom was dirty and the sink barely worked. Management needs to stop running for drive thru so they can see that the eat in customer's are being ignored!
Terrible customer service. When mentioned to store manager the response was tk defend the rude bwhavjor of the employee rather than apologise for the experience. Unprofessional.
Can be very busy. Limited parking but have always found at least two or three spaces available every visit. They get food out within reasonable time even with a large number of patrons. Dining area has always been clean. Only complaint & it's minor - With the large number of guests sometimes paper towel runs out in restroom. Mention this to manager & it gets taken care of promptly. Restrooms are clean but they can't seem to keep up with high usage of towels.
A great place to get a burger or a cup of good chilli.
I would rate less than a star if that was an option. Horrible staff and service. Good wasn't fresh and the staff could not follow instructions to get my order right. Unless you are seeking an unpleasant experience then don't go to the Wendy's location.
