Love this place! New owners and great menu. The owners are wonderful people, friendly and very accommodating to dietary needs. I'm Vegan and they told me what was ok to eat on the menu and that if I called them ahead to tell them I was coming that they could modify certain dishes easily enough for me to insure they would be Vegan. I highly recommend this Chinese Restaurant (they also have some Thai dishes as well); they also do carry out and DELIVERY!!
A note to out of towners:
As a tourist, I was a little scared to go here based on some of the other reviews, however, it was close by and I didn't want to drive forever to eat. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, place was clean, and service was friendly. If there is any truth to the bad reviews on here, they have really gotten their act together since then.
The food here is fine for the price range. They have a sub 10 lunch price on some items. Only a buck or two more than fast food. Dinner is in the 12 - 15 range. I stick to a few items I know I will like. The dining area is dark, with as much ambiance as could be expected from the strip mall location. The staff seem a bit brusque so if you need to be fawned over you might be happier elsewhere else. I don't care as long as the food is good.
The food was actually authentic Chinese food and the service was very good. The paintings were also very beautiful
Remember if you order out, it could be a half hour drive for the delivery guys in the keys. Many places you might be renying on AirBNB could be tucked away in some neighborhood far off the main highway.
It's delicious and authentic. There is a fantastic display of the painting, making the food more enjoyable, there is great and fast service, and all foods are very filling.
I tip according to distance and difficulty. If you don't want to tip, pick it up your self.
