Driving north after Irma so nice to sit in AC with warm food and be treated with smiles. Being from Key West Arby's is always special but this is above and beyond! Thank you Arby's staff!!!
The lady in the drive thru, "anj, anjie? Anja?" (I could only see half of her name tag) is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. The whole time im ordering, she says "what else" with an attitude after every time, this specific time she said, " can you wait a second!" Proceeded to let me sit there for five minutes, and returned with a "what else." Then I pull up to the window and ask for Arbys sauce. She tells me they are out of the packets, I said, "ok, so can I have some in a cup?" She told me to walk in the lobby and get it myself. Which my 9 month pregnant self did. Every single time I have interacted with her she is incredibly rude, I feel bullied to hurry up and finish my order because she seems so put out by taking it. I had multiple interactions with this same person at dairy queen in tavernier, I stopped going there because of how badly ahe treated me every time. I am sad to see her at arbys, the least you can do as a person in customer service is pretend to care about your job and the people you are serving. Im a waitress, trust me if I talked to anybody the way she talks to me, even once, Id be fired.
Great and easy to get in/out of. Staff however looks a little scary sometimes tho...
Worst visit ever. The roast beef was cold and bread was hard. If there was a half star I would of chosen it.
This is the worst I've ever had. Dry... No sauce in bag. Did not even ask if we wanted any. Nasty fries... No ketchup.... Won't do that again when coming from OR going to marathon.
If Arby's did background and drug checks, this place would be left without staff!
