2nd time around different employees not so helpful and prices were higher. Guess it all depends who is working.

My husband booked a pontoon boat for our family of 6. We initially called back in March to reserve the boat, however when we called a few months later they did not have our reservation and the prices we were told were even more. Ok, so we decided to get the boat for only 2 days versuses three days. The boat we rented had gps and a radio, but was older and none of the gauges worked. The first day we took the boat out most of the day, when early evening came around and we wanted to take the boat to pick up our vehicle, the boat would not start. We had to pay $15 via cab to get our car, we were literally across the bay, and could see the rental place. So we call first thing in the morning, the lady on the phone was not too nice. After waiting for an hour (mind you were are right across from them), and bringing out another battery ( which the boat still did not start), they allowed us to return the boat and refund us for that day. It was like pulling teeth to give the broken boat back, the lady even asked why did we just want to give it back... well hello it won't work! For their prices, they can be nicer. I am not sure i would recommend this rental place. I was however happy to receive a refund for the day we couldn't take the boat out, but it really messed up all our plans.
Guys who work here are rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Great experience 1st time. not so great 2nd time. Nice boat, some nice employees. Gas a little pricey but it is the Keys. Even was blessed by a pod of Dolphin just around the bend in Blackwater sound...
