The location is good - right next to Rainbow Reef dive center. It has a bedroom, small kitchen, and living area as well as a balcony. The front desk staff was friendly. The reason for the suboptimal review is due to poor cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The kitchen in our room smelled strongly of fish (the freezer had what appeared to be juices spilled inside it) and many of the lamps had burnt out or missing light bulbs. They moved us to a different room after we complained, which was better but still had dirty silverware in the kitchen and an empty soda can under the sink.
Came for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Nice clean rooms right on canel. Full kitchen if you choose not to eat out everynight.Living room and kitchen are downstairs with a full bath, bedroom was upstairs with full bath was Overall perfect stay. Definitely would recommend staying here. Laundry and Ice machines on site if needed.Very friendly staff
Great place to stay, full kitchens in condo style, two floor layouts, bedroom up, living space and kitchen down and they accept pet's! Kwy West is also located next to one of rhe best scuba diving services at Rainbow Reef diving services, my wife and I had a blast!
