Terrible service. I calle dfor information about a vitamin b shot and was told the price by avery rude lady. Once I said it was a little too expensive I was rudely hung up on as I was mid sentence. I called back to say I hadn't finished talking and the lady said that I has said bye which was a complete fabrication. This doctor is getting a terrible reputation lately ...maybe due to his rude staff.
Very rude!!! Couldn't even get them to accept payment over the phone. No suggestions and hung up.
There was nobody available to help even if we wanted to pay 200! $ to be seen which had to be cash and they were incredably rude
thats odd these ppl have had such a bad experience , the nurses there are always as professional as it gets....Ive been goin there for many years (10 years or so ) and the only time ive heard ppl have a problem is when they want scheduled narcotics , when they clearly have a sign stating that they dont perscribe certain medicine......ive seen ppl come in without the proper information like ID or wanting to pay w/credit cards or out of town checks and so on and they have a sign on the door stating that they dont take that form of payment , so i dont get the shock .....Dr Rae's staff is a very nice and professional . There are ppl out there who said they need drugs aka basically tranquilizers , and he needs medical proof (xray / mri ) to write RX for those , and they get turned away bcuz they dont want to have to get proof of their problems , prob bcuz they dont have any issues , and just looking for drugs. Dr Rae is nothing but professional which i highly respect , his wife and staff are also very kind, and i think the bad reviews are from ppl who are there for the wrong reasons........So dont think bad from what you read on here ! if you need drugs that bad goto miami and find a pain clinic !!! If i could give 10 stars i would ! Ive never had a issue with A1 Urgent Care.....Travis K
