Been there 2 times, the first didn't go so well and didn't think I would be back, but gave them one more shot and and Kristina made the whole experience wonderful!
Yikes almost $45 for an oil change?! Well seeing how I was on vacation and only shop around didn't have much of choice. Next time I'll wait till I'm on main land, or change it before I leave.. Staff was very friendly and completed my oil change in a quickly fashion. She now feels well drives a little rough so will have regular shop look at when I'm back home to be sure. They supposedly topped off my liquids and put air in tires with that price. May have done liquids, but didn't do tires. The air pressured read the same as it did when I first pulled in..
Its a close service place but i got my car smelling like ciggerates and i dont smoke, they charged me $20 on top of my oil change to top off my fluids and fill my tires that were never topped off and i had to come back the next day because my tire was low on air. Honestly the people are nice and all but the service sucked. I dont reccomend this place to anyone
Can't start to say how grateful I am for Wheaton's in Key Largo! The employees are friendly and saved our roadtrip from Canada. They work very fast and at a reasonable price, my car was ready before lunchtime and I brought it in at 9:30. It needed both front brakes totally replaced, the aforementioned time includes shipping the parts from Miami. The 4 stars is simply because there prices are still a bit high, but this is understandable since it's the Keys. And let me tell you, their price and service is a lot better than another garage I tried in key Largo. Overall, I am one very grateful and satisfied customer :)
They took my car in to attend to the transmission, which when the fix didn't hold they told me they don't do transmissions. $400+ dollars later I could have used that money on someone who could actually fix it. Will not take our vehicles there ever again.
