Let's face it....all trailers are crappy and prone to randomly have issues at any time. They're either broken or on there way to breaking. Mine was a locked up wheel (saw someone else with this on the side of the road on the way home...but at least I was driving home at that point after visiting Trailer Stop!). Called them up and described the problem. Sensational Savannah greeted us upon arrival. They checked it out, gave us reasonable options, did the work some others should of done properly before, and worked efficiently and effectively to get us on our way.
Can t discuss how horrible they are. Don't go here it could cost you a motor and worse.wish they had negative stars!!!!!!!!!!
We lost a boat trailer tire on our way to Key Largo for vacation. We called Boat US to use our trailer assistance policy and boat US connected us with Rob at the trailer shop. He was willing to come up from Key Largo to Miami in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Well, here's where things get really interesting. While waiting for Rob to make the drive up to Miami, a sleepy driver veered off of the turnpike onto the shoulder of the road where we were parked. The driver never woke up, so he hit our boat/trailer at full speed, roughly 70 to 80 mph. So, when Rob arrived at the scene, he was dealing with a trailer that had a snapped tongue instead of just a busted tire. Rob had everything needed to fix the trailer on site and towedt he trailer back to Key Largo. I am convinced that if any other towing company had showed up, my boat and trailer would've likely spent the night on the side of the turnpike. Many things to them, as they were lifesavers on a really tough day.
I hope to never have to see them again, but I'm not going to stop dunking my trailer in the salt even if I rinse it out after. So when I'm unlucky enough to part of it fail again at some point, I hope I'm lucky enough to be near these guys.
Saved my fishing trip to Islamorada! I was stuck on the side of the road after my trailer broke down. Turns out the damage was so severe the entire axle needed replaced. Rob and his daughter took my trailer that night and replaced the axle by the next morning. Awesome service, they saved my vacation! A++
