Great coaches, they are very attentive and understand the how to explain the movements. I have had scoliosis surgery and been able to participate in all the workouts. They are able to modify to each individuals needs and make sure you still get a great work out. They also do events through out the month and week to really make it a community if people who all want to see you succeed and grow. I have done the Gym thing before but never saw any serious loss in weight or gain in muscle. In less than 6 months I lost 30 pounds and am in the best shape in my life!!! This is the place for you trust me!!!!
