Either you love Waffle House or you try to knock it down without actually eating the food first. Either way, Waffle House will always have a following.
Slow service food was good
Gross! I can say the cooks were good but the place is dirty. The food is what it is for the type of place. The server was not at all cheery in anyway. Rose was her name! My kids and I were thanking her and I think she said " your welcome to my youngest daughter once!" One server a red headed lady was very cheerful and welcoming. Sorry I didn't get her name. The cooks were serious and all smiles when talking to customers or hearing my kids excitement over their food. Maybe the company will look into customer service a little better with their wait staff after this review. Cuddos to the cooks though very cleanlooking men and friendly! The servers other then that one could use some training!! I tipped Rose decently because sometimes people just have a bad day and we were on vacation but ugh I would never go back!!
Did not get greeted when i walked in. I sat and waited for someone to bother waiting on me. Not the cleanest place in the world! Yuck! I'm sorry but if these girls have time to lean they have time to clean! I heard more about their hard lives then I cared too! I am sorry I stopped in. On the other hand the gentlemen cooking were very nice. Sorry you girls are having such bad times but that is not to the fault of your customers! We all have bad days!
