It's bs
I ordered AND paid for 15 pizza's online. Had a receipt and reservation number and very luckily had the common sense to double check the morning of my wedding reception that all of the pizza's were going to be ready by 5pm. When my wife made that call the worker cursed at her over the phone and passed her off to another person who wouldn't help. They finally told her that we could re-order the 15 pizza's for 100 dollars more than we had ALREADY PAID! When I went to fix the problem in the store they told me they couldn't do anything for me and no one apologized for calling my wife a mo**f**i**ng b*tch. They admitted that they called her that, but told me that she deserved it. They RUINED my wedding reception and not even the dominoes headquarters will make it right for me. I'm sure not every franchise is the same but this dominoes deserves to lose their business license and the manager who cursed at both my wife and I deserves to be out of a job.
What a bunch of NIMRODS! I ordered online, and they didn't have garden salads, after waiting nearly 30 minutes they call and inform me they do not have the salads. I say OK remove it off the bill, they say they can't. I say then bring it out other things I ordered and ill pay cash, and cancel the online charge. They say they can't. They insist I have to take a walnut apple or something salad. Or completely CANCEL my order and start over, also waiting another 30 minutes !!!! (even though they have already made my pizza!!!!) This restaurant has SERIOUS management issues, this is the 2nd time I have had MAJOR issues with my order! Last time I had to phone corporate!
The people they got answering the phones you can even understand them they put you on hold for ever Sometimes they never come back to you and you have to call back
After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery, I finally called to ask if my order was on its way. They told me it was still at the store and that I could pick it up if I wanted, but they would not deliver it so late (9pm, and hour before they close, and an hour after the estimated delivery time). I asked if the pizza would still be warm, and they assured me it would be. It wasn't.
Im only writing this after giving This store multiple chances. Over the last 6 months they have given me incorrect food, EVERY SINGLE time. From forgetting a whole pizza, giving me the wrong toppings, not cutting my pizza,burning my pizza, to forgetting the extra sauces I pay for every single time. It wouldnt be so bad but my delivery driver is always rude and flustered. She forgot a pizza, its my fault she has to go get it? This time she forgot my sauces and gave me an attitude "i cant believe they forgot them" is it them lady? Is nobody checking these orders before they walk out the door? Im #donewithdominoeskeylargo
And it's a 50/50 Chance that they will get the order right
