It was open which was a Godsend. Clean with big machines. Woman is nice. Man is mean and will yell at you or ask you to leave if you have too much laundry. Happened to me after spending over $150 in two days. That alone will make me never go back. Saw other people leave, too, then machines sat empty. Ridiculous. Dog is sweet
