The agent that we had from this company was rude and unpleasant to deal with. As I remember, she also was rude with the adjuster when we had a claim and she never returned phone calls. We asked her to help us to find new policy for us after the claim, she disappeared. Thanks to her bad attitude, we found a new broker who is wonderful and always be there to help us with the best attitude.
