Yea Stay away from this dealer. Screws his customers, screws his employees, owner is a extremely shady character. STAY AWAY
I can't give any stars. Since George left the staff is uninformed and lazy. I was told I could add a 'share' line for $15. I asked, over 3 visits and asking over a dozen times what it would cost to add the line to my bill. The answer : $15. My bill came with a $50 charge. When I revisited the store about it, I was told of course, it costs to add the line. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT WHEN I ASKED? Answer; I never asked that question. Month 2 - my bill came with a $40 charge for the added line, but has a $15 discount, so $25. STILL OVER THE $15 I WAS TOLD. Why? because I have 2G and to get the $15 you need 15G or higher. The guys were looking at my account when offering me the added line for $15, and we specifically talked about the 2G, AND they checked my usage. UNBELIEVABLE!! DO YOUR JOBS. Now, how do I go to the elderly couple on a fixed income and tell them their share of the bill is almost double?
Called to ask a question was never given an answer. I had to ask yes or no answers like I said to her I am asking a question can u answer me.she said yes. I ask do you deal with virizon phones...she said this is AT&T I said so you do nothing but AT&T she said yes. Silence I said I am asking cause I don't know she hung up. Go figure
The Female manager was more interested in watching the movie that was on then helping more figure a problem I was having with my phone. She kept telling she doesn't know and I need to call At&t myself. I went to the corporate store in Homestead and they had my problem fixed in 5 minutes! Key Largo store was absolutely the worst service I've ever had with At&t.
