Rob was nice on the phone, and he may do a good job, but so far we don't know. He booked a visit to preview our boat-detailing job, we waited, he didn't show. Later he texted that he got busy. We booked an appointment about 8 days out for the actual job which was to be Nov. 18th at 7AM. No show, no contact. Now we have only a few days before leaving town for a while and not enough time to book someone else. He may do good work, but his communication with clients is unimpressive.
Rob has always answered the phone and gave me great advice about what I needed done EVERY time !! I have called on him for 5 years now! Definitely schedule him ahead as he's always busy and in high demand, it's because the quality of his work.
