Second time I've used them for RV repair. Service took MONTHS to finish and it's always the supplier's fault. Communication with service department was much better this time but when I asked about selling my unit on consignment I waited two weeks for a return call that never came. Finally called them and they said they weren't interested. So now it's time to arrange for pickup. I call and give them 3 days advance notice and then call again on that morning so that they can have the unit ready to go. I get there to find they haven't even started and I sit and wait another 30 minutes. New service mgr is a stand-up guy. I hope he can turn the place around.
Thanks guys for the awesome service. Jack and Melody are both fantastic. We love our RV and the after service is outstanding. Highly recommend you to anybody.
