Went in un sure what bike I wanted so I rented one for the weekend. Steve was very helpful to get me the bike I needed. Would recommend highly!
This is a bike shop that I thought would give great service to my bike but at that same time is conveniently located a block from my home. I took my bike in for a rear flat and while there decided to have a complete tuneup $100 for complete work. The guy Steve, I believe was his name talked me into liners to place between the tire tubes of both front and back for flat tire protection or at least lesson the chance. So another $20 I threw in for those. The next day I go to pick up the bike and bring it home a block away. It is not throughly cleaned like I expected and he took a spacer off my handlebars that I placed there on purpose for my preference. He said he found a bad bearing and replaced it without my consent and just charged me another $15. I paid reluctantly since he should of called first. Anyway I get home and let it sit overnight. The next morning anxious for a bike ride come upon a flat front tire that I never had an issue before. So I bring it back to this shop and leave it to repair overnight. The next day I arrive to pick up and this guy wants me to pay for a new tube and labor. I ask hi

Stopped by to buy a few things last minute. Customer service was A1, very attentive. Asked where we could park our car tonnike the keys, and was given a few places. Best of all we were able to park there. Will continue to shop here everytime I bike the keys.
