On the way to school I decided to shop by and get some coffee around 9:20am on 9/22. The lady that took my order was very friendly and polite (such a positive attitude). My food was hot and made on the correct bread. Over all my experience and service was wonderful.
Very bad customer services, bad experience with the person taking the orders. I don't recommend for anyone to go there and I myself don't plan on going back.
Absolutely horrible customer service was cursed out and told to get the f out of the store because I asked if someone was there!!
Horrible customer experience not only once but twice. Refusal service after purchase was made. The use of derogatory, racial remarks, and the lack of common decency for having and doing what you are there to do, work! For example all employees including management were outside smoking and laughing!!! All while people were waiting inside to pay for goods!!!! Please tell me you have an HR dept?
The person who took my order was supper disrespectful. She made fun of the way I odered. I've been there in the past and they also treated my family and I very rudely, I went back to give them another chance, nothing changed. I don't plan on going back and don't suggest anyone to go.
